Roextended Project

Hello,

I need help please. I have two prefabs from ATS:

us_cross_1-1_country_t_dock_short_tmpl.pmd
us_fork_2-2_country_1-1_country_tmpl

that I need to get to left side driving traffic in ATS. I tried importing some UK roads from ETS2 but they do not mesh up and AI does weird stuff. I am aware that Blender is involved in this and I have very little Blender knowledge, so I was hoping someone here may have some time to help me out and convert these two prefabs over to left hand traffic for my map. Would really appreciate it! Thanks a lot!

Um, I am not an expert in this field, but I know that on ETS2 there is an option in Properties with which you can select to drive on the left.
It is also valid in ATS, can you check?

That option is there but is disabled for more than a year

I appreciate the suggestion, but yeah as Arayas said, that left side traffic tick button doesn't do anything anymore on the prefabs.

From what I researched, it has to be imported into Blender, the lines reversed and entry points, then exported back to SCS. I don't know how to do any of that.

Would trajectories work?

I was playing around with trajectories. It works perfectly on the T-cross intersections. However, the merge lanes when going from 2 to 1, the AI tries to cut each other off and does not give way, causing accidents nearly every time making a big traffic jam...basically, driving like a bunch of New Yorkers or New Jerseyians :)

so the next issue is how to fix that....

trajectory will not take priority in consideration, atlest i didnt get them to respect traffic rules.

I was reading that too... hmm.. so in the case of a merge, it's probably best to just reduce the traffic density and see the occasional accident.
