Creation of pop-up messages in the trip advisor

Hello everyone,

Today, I asked myself a question. There are messages that are promptly displayed in the trip advisor based on an element, a past place or a given action made by the player in game. For example, when discovering a truck dealership or when passing a tollgate.
I was wondering if it was possible to create this kind of message ourselves for our maps? And if it is possible, is it something relatively easy to set up or is it complicated?

If someone has the answer, this is something that could be useful to me.

I think I've seen in Promods lately, that they pop up own messages, but
I haven't the slightest idea on how they do it! Maybe someone else can
confirm and also tell how!

EDIT: I think they pop up a message when passing scenery towns/villages
that the game doesn't do by itself!

BTW, what's hiding under /material/ui/hud? Anyone?

You can done this by triggers, but you have to create it first, an example easy to clone is newest display of a message entering a country, that's a trigger.

Hey, I managed to create a small pop-up message when entering an area (thanks to triggers actually, so thank you Arayas). I wrote my text in french but do you think that there's a way to add an english translation somewhere in order to display the text in english for english players ?
