@affluence

For heavens sake, do NOT upload your log to that kind of places,
use pastebin.com or just add it as attachment in the post!

@affluence

And where is the editor log? I will NOT DL it from Mediafire! You won't get any help without it either.

I just resolved my problem with a clean uninstall. I deleted everything about the ets (inclueding the cache file).
Now i can lunch the editor.

However i still can't lunch the yksrsk.
Says : ''Failed to load map file''
I just have the YKSRSK map on the mod folder.
Yes, but do you have yksrsk.mdb file next to the yksrsk folder in map? Because the editor works with MDB files, not sectors.

I don't have a mdb file anywhere arayas. I have to create it? I just have ''YKSRSK211DLC.scs'' in the mod folder...

You try to edit the map with edit europe or edit yksrsk?

EDIT
i just read the game log

The YKSRSK map is saved as "europe" because it's an add-on map.

You can edit by edit europe
OR
unpack YKSRSK.scs
rename the folder map/europe to yksrsk and add europe.mdb next to the folder and also rename it yksrsk.mdb
europe.zip

@affluence

Please listen, mate! In the shortcut you should NOT have -edit yksrsk, it should be -edit europe instead!
Also, now you have a totally wrong startup command in the shortcut.

Code: Select all

YOU HAVE:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\eurotrucks2.exe -edit yksrsk -force_mods -noworkshop -mm_max_resource_size 100 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000 -openvr -64bit -nointro -unlimetedlog -mm_pool_size 8000 -mm_max_resource_size 50 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000
IT SHOULD BE:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\eurotrucks2.exe -edit europe -force_mods -noworkshop -mm_max_resource_size 100 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000
Scroll the above to the right and you'll see that you shouldn't have the part from and including -openvr!!!!!

@Arayas

Yes, totally horrendous, but you try and tell him to rename the map too.
I'm out of this now!

So, I'm watching all of Arayas videos but maybe something slipped by me. I wanna know how you can load the same sector from two different maps so that you can join them together. For example what @Arayas did with his Project Balkans fix.
