That's because that prefab it's a SCS standard one but with added "looks" and it's defined by SCS. Let me look in TSM for this.

So that prefab is a standard prefab edited by TSM to have 62 (!!) looks and with no need for a definition (already defined in main game) Looking in TSM pmd i have realized they have older standard looks (compare standard RED with actual RED now, the mat files are from history)

Guys, I'm not fully aware of what you are searching for, but I found this info
in SCS original /def/world/prefab.sii .
Can that be of any help?

I removed standard looks from pmd file, now it has just TSM 42 looks.
Create corect path prefab/gas_small in your RC and place it there and see if it works. If this is not working and you have this problem only in your area of editing it's much simple, change the look of gas stations 2 2 to a standard one.

Because it may be a little early.
TSM have ORLEN station with 16 materials like the standard game. Mat files are old but they are in TSM files so no problem there.
Your gas stations, has an ORLEN station with 17 materials. THIS is what the game it's trying to transmit to you.

Solution:
open GP in editor, content browser, search stacja_benzynowa gas station, right click, find all references, and replace them all with standard ones. Sorry, but that file, even it was defined separatly has the same LOOK as TSM.
Or if you want i can send you a modified stacja_benzynowa.pmd with look ORLE instead of ORLEN, but you will need to find all stacja_benzynowa with that look and modify the look from ORLEN to ORLE.

To do it right leave the files as they are, change all stacja_benzynowa to standard gas 2 2. Save, find all references to stacja_benzynowa if it's zero, save and close, replace stacja_benzynowa.pmd with the one i send it to you and re-assign standard gas to ORLE or LOTOS.

A lot of these stacja_benzynowa to change
Always crash :( I wonder if this makes sense ... TSM is a very problematic modification ... Maybe I did something wrong, but now crash only near border
