i dont think your company is well defined because i dont see any logo above it. Calculating route is a clear sign that you have some road connection problems.

@STEVEO

I tested the direct connections of the company prefabs connection to the road network,
but I could also see that you have plenty of gaps in that network too. Remember when
we talked about, that you had to assign your network to the country? Maybe that setting
hasn't propagated all the way to the companies. Check if a road segment near the companies
have the property for country set! If it hasn't, you probably have a non-connection somewhere
between the ferry and the companies!

Right, still no job activation symbol! So, the other companies have one now?
If so, check the connectivity all the way to this company and also check that
you have the country assignment on all objects on the way!

I'm using FLD prefabs in this case for traffic lane for UK. I understood in the tutorials the I should try to use the same prefabs and roads. i.e road from blke dlc must connect to the prefab also from blke dlc. But for my map I'm using FLD prefabs
