Mix of garages!

A weird little problem: a member of Bartoland buys a garage (garage 1),
then he improves it ... and ... he ends up in garage 2 ...
which is in the same town, but not at same location ....
does anyone have any idea of the problem ...

Who told you to place 2 garages in the same town?
