Are the Belarusian license plates fixed? They were broken in previous versions

Hello, I have a problem when putting this fix, the road cuts at the indicated point. If the road uninstalls it again, but I lose the connection with Kovrov ...

What can be the problem? I put the mod in the correct position ...
