I have seen Grimes in several youtubes, my map looks cartoonish. I would love natura lux theyit stick to sky textures only. And the download procedure? I will pass for sure.
Brutal wheater looks fine but is not a hurricane passing by every single day.
Next Gen it's ok, not a big fan.
Piva weather + outcast add-on (without HDR) is the one for me. Downside: the sky textures are not that great.
Conclusion? Vanilla, baby! :lol: :lol:

If I decide to use RGM, do I put it below my truck mods or above it? Are there any map mods from Wombat's combo that won't work with it at all?

@Cyberman

You could look in my combo (link in the signature below) to get an idea how it could be sorted.

Right now, with the exeption of grimes mods, RGM is the only "worthy" weather mod i would use. Also in combination with a rain/thunder mod (im using the darkcaptain one) since RGM doesnt include (anymore) rain and thunder effects. Overall the mod is good, it brings more vivid colors, the skyboxes are great (the moon one is pretty beautiful, and way better than the one you can see in brutal weather that looks horrible). Brutal Weather, i did wanted to give that mod a pass so many times, it is just the author releases a worst version after version lol.. that mod has so many flaws. Skyboxes are not that good, the skybox with the moon looks horrible, the transitions between night and day are too fast, sometimes even so fast that the game does not even have enough time to render it.. , the extrem fog weather is basically unplayable, its completely dumb to add such situation in this game (because its not realistic, also other ai vehicles will not use lights so you cant see anything half a meter in front of you), also weird cabin illumination problems when the sun sets or raises.. conclusion. Brutal Weather is probably the last one i would use, first one being RGM right now. After RGM, grimes mods.

Personally I go for the JBX weather/Graphics and his reshade 1.6.
However this is paid so that a major downside if it must be a free mod you could go for the dbcreation mods they improve the graphics quite a bit.

hahaha, I have naturalux, jbx weather graphics, realistic brutal weather, and lastly project Next Gen weather. the best of the lot is Naturalux hands down. I would go for RGM but i see pixelated clouds alot so i pass on it
