what do you mean which is from Euroasia ?? :O

your gamelog seams ok as load order, with some reserve about using TerraMaps maps in a combo (with all my love for the guys) definitions are a mess.
In the second profile ...well....that is not a broken thing
Fix your game files over Steam?

No. I just deactivated few mods as SR, RTA, ROEX and RusMap, it works good with ProjektCesko, also activated IberiaRebuild and Sud de France

There is no problem there. You are not supposed to drive there but few meters before there is turn to the right
