"place it above Hybrid RC"...well...why do you need a mod who operates in BLKW area to mess with a road connection who is far-far away like the galaxy from Star Wars?
this is a sign of a newbee maker and i really dont trust this people launching messy mods thinking they have discovered the hot water.

you want to use it? Fine, but we dont offer any support if this mod is in your game log.

I tested it only in a promods map combo, but certainly will stay with the Ultimate map combo.
