So, you got 2 options, if you follow the Load order mod by mod, the issue won't be there, or add the Scale Hack

I will use the Scale Hack as I can't fully follow your order and I don't have Roex 3.4 and Eurafrica, maybe that's the reason...
But, if it’s not difficult for you and you find the reason for which mod corrects the situation from your list, I will be glad!

Glad to hear that you Understand it.
Eurafrica is optional, and for ROEX you can use the free Version.

@GMC Logistic can you tell me pls what RusMap1.44_fix is for and if it s necesary if i want to use RusMap in an combo with Euroadnet and not with Promods? Thank you.

MXTrucker used Rusmap1.44 fix in his ETS2 1.45 combo together with Eurodnet :

Rusmap1.44fix :

1. fixed barrier in the city of Zelenoborsky

2. removed the second name of the City of St. Petersburg
