Press ctrl+F and search for 1.36 (datatype text string)
Change 1.36 to 1.37.

I also didn't know what to say about this.
It is tempering with someone's work....especially when it is locked
But I can't blame anyone for doing this...as long as you don't share the modified file

Well, I don't understand locking the archives. If someone really wants to unlock them, they can one way or another. If someone wants to leak them, they will do. So, the only thing locking mods does, is cause trouble to the end user, and make troubleshooting difficult.
