few things:
1.if a file like RC or fix is functional (like SR 9 or RM 2.3.1 instead of 10 or 2.4.0) is gonna be used as it is. I dont waste the time for just rebranding the files, and it always was like that.
2.Latvia, as any Promods add-on, must be placed above Promods ONLY, along with other add-ons for Promods. Logic? Placing a Promods add-on ABOVE Roex and RusMap RC's with Promods, is gonna alter the files from those RC. So, keep it simple, all eggs in the right basket.
3. Universal light fix is not mine in your video, it has no badge.

I've the same problem with my load order. For now I've removed EAA.

There could be sector conflict there between Iberia DLC and EAA. But as I've always said
EAA should be run as STANDALONE! No problems at all then!

Agree with you but everyone wanna bigger combos:) And there is no promblem with EAA and Iberia without Promods so the story is somewhere else;)

It seems to me old 6.0 fix for Promods brake it. Noticed on PM forum. Lets see
