So, please remove MedMap, please remove SZM_Addon_2.4.2 aswell, it is included by now in RusMap, please Update your Malta, same for Road_to_Aral_1.3_Final, and please use instead of Universal_English_Localization the Mods from the PDF, what also can be advised is that you take a look at the last page of the PDF and please sort your mods that way.

Funny thing is that I could almost swear that I didn't have SZM anymore because I thought I would drop it as I rarely go to that area, but I can confirm (well, the log doesn't lie, does it?) that indeed I have it activated. Regarding the other mods, I could almost swear as well that I had their latest version.
Will follow your tips and report back to you.
