Yes, I know it works, but you will have broken and missing roads

So, now ALL connections to RusMap AND RoEx is working and NO broken roads in Poland
or elsewhere?

We've checked connections of Poland rebuilding with rusmap and roex and everything seems to be connected.
The left side is connected as it should be too and Jerry's Poland Rebuilding Show Road Fix shows an extra connection between Poland and Germany (between Świnoujście and Amlam (i think))
But yeah from our tests after this update everything seems to be working correctly and everything seems to be connected.
