You have a wrong Steam Launch Option, change that immediately. It is -mm_pool_size that has to be changed to 8000 instead of 16000!!!!!
You are trying to reserve ALL memory to the game, MAX value is HALF of your memory, i.e. 8000, as you've got 16GB.

What do you mean by freezing? The game will take a long time to load if first time, sometimes even the second time, after a change in Mod Manager.
And I didn't say the change of pool size would solve your problem, you just had to change it!

The game take a long time to load randomly,sometimes loading is slow(about 5 mins),sometimes it"s OK,ican't remember how many loads,but many times.andI have change the pool size to 8000,but problem remains.

Right, that will happen if you change anything in Mod Manager OR the game gets an update.
Just let the profile load all the way and start driving!

I also have heard using the correct version of Red Sea Map might help with the caching problems. If you use the old one, then it will probably load the game up every single time. I used to have the old version of Red Sea and each time I loaded the game, it took about 10 minutes. But with the new version, I think it will fix the loading time. Also ensure that you are using the Southern Region Hot Fix!

Hello. i'm getting CTD on reykjavik(selfloss part) going to (greenland)

The problem is that the Greenland map has NOT been updated for 1.40.
This is a known problem, so keep it removed!
