Try as it was in 1.46 - it is not tested but it might work

Silesia normally goes directly above Poland Rebuilding, should work this way.

We strongly recommend to please use the Map combo as intended.

we please ask you not to give advises where to put map mods on other People Map Combo Threads.
At the moment our Map Combos with that file are still in testing.
We strongly recommend not to modify the map combo and please use it as intended.
