Despite my intention to make the forum acces very simple we have in many situation comercial posts, some of them even ilegal.

For that matter, the acces on the forum it's permited after the email verification (first step) and after first post (validated by admin or moderator).
Once this steps are completed you are free to join the forum as a full member.

We have one year of Roextended site and the bills for the next year of this project are payed. We are gonna be here for atleast one year to continue our fun activities.

We need to be a little more careful with our posts because some subjects are discused in wrong topics. I dont have a problem with that, we are on a free forum :D
but the newcomers or people who are not usual visitors complain about not finding stuff where they belong.

For this matter i'm gonna make some cleaning in the house, removing topics witch are obsolete at this hour and try to quide you to the corect way of posting your work or your discution. Me included.

Our host ROMARG is doing some server relocations in this period. (february 2020)
The site (like their site also) and the forum may be unavailable for short periods of time. Sorry for that.
I'm looking to relocate to another host, but this kind of things takes time.

As you see, our host is an idiot, despite the fact we pay on time and the amount they ask.
I've started already the procedures to move this site/forum to another company without loosing data we have here.

The PPM delivery for Roextended 2.6 has started. As usual the Microsoft servers are blocking everything that looks as an automated mail.
So, if you have a Microsoft mail adress used for PPM you may receive the updates from an alternative mail adress from Gmail, but this is not a normal situation.
Our host fixed this problem 3 times until now, but Microsoft reactivates it in a few days. So, this is out of our hands.
Please consider changing your PPM mail adress to a more functional one by sending a mail to support@roextended.ro from the old adress telling us your new email.

PPM update:
2-3% of our PPM's have problems with mail delivery. Usualy the same people. They don't receive any updates and they always turn to our support mail for re-delivery. Some of them with the wrong tone.


ABOUT MAIL DELIVERY:
We have multiple mail adresses for this process from ppm1@roextended.ro to ppm6@roextended.ro and the number may be increased.
Every adress it's alocated to a certain group of people. So, for each person, the updates will come via the same email adress.
If your sender is ppm4@roextended.ro for example, that is gonna be your sender every time.


We sent mails in certain number, in packages per hour, for two reasons:
-not to be blocked by our host server (spam suspicion)
-not to be blacklisted by receiver host (spam suspicion)


Once the mails are sent, WE KNOW if our mails are accepted by your mail server. And not by one verification, but by two.

1.Our mail server sends an instant notification if the status of the mail is other than "accepted". That means is accepted by your mail server.

2.If your mail server rejects our mail they also send a notification.

Mail.ru and Microsoft mail adresses are known for odd behaviour: now they rejects all mails, two hours later all mails received.

In both cases we use roextended.project@gmail.com or roextended@outlook.com to get in touch with the people with such problems.
Usualy we ask for a mail change. If you ignore this recomandation, we consider you are not interested anymore.


As you see WE KNOW if a mail was sent or not.

If the mail gets to you from your mail server that IS NOT OUR PROBLEM.
It may be deleted because your server or your mail account spam filter is set to HIGH,
it may be deleted once it gets in your mail as "Junk", it may stay in SPAM and bulk deleted by you later.
We dont send mail with receiving confirmations because that is just a non-sense. We need an army of people just to verify every PPM member got his mail.
We had this demand from a former PPM member who insisted to use the same blocked adress. Not a way to solve a problem.


Conclusion:
We do our best to deliver as promised. All mails are sent with no discrimination, in few hours, older PPM accounts first, the newer ones later.
If you claim you didnt received any update, as you can read above, it's something wrong in your end.

If you want to change the mail (we register the one from initial PayPal confirmation) just ask for that, sending a mail to support@roextended.ro.
If you insist it's our problem and demand from us to do suplimentary work just for you, is not gonna work.
We can do a refund
(or not, if the number of premium versions received are more than enough for your initial donation)
and close the PPM account.


We facilitate acces to a digital download but we need to find cooperation from you also.
We are few, you are many.

You may have seen from time to time ocasional problems with forum and site, beeing unavailable.
We are on a romanian server (the biggest one), so when the main server is unavailable (you can check at www.romarg.ro) our platform is also not to be found.
Imagine big romanian retailers on the same server...
We can blame the massive snow we had in short time here, and we all know, snow and satellite dishes are not friends.
Sorry for this, but its out of our hands.
