Both areas are in testing phase (the bridge connection and Burgas connection) and i think is safe to include them in the next release.

With what is taking the next version of ETS2 to come out, I think it will give you time to include all of Turkey in the next version . No OB in sight yet.

you need a locale file for that and i dont have time to do that for every language in the world. I am pretty sure you don't get lost because it says Ukraine and not Ucraina.
