Arayas, I am also thinking that SCS provided screenshots of some parts of the Russia. Actually, it could not be Balkans because of two things:
1) Lada car;
2) a lot of supermarkets with Russian names.

The one with the pool (Vila Aluniș) costs 180 LEI (36 euro) a night and the second one (Hotel Bavaria) costs 240 LEI (49 euro) a night.
