Sibiu looks very good, a problem would be that it is an infernal lag (TC 3M + in some places, while the average must be below TC 1.5M)...
Could some Cut Planes be added?

I did a video from Brasov to Sibiu, my mod traffic was active and with ingame recording i didnt had less than 30. And i dont have a NASA PC.
But i'm not using 400% scalling and that SCS shit, i use Nvidia settings from this forum.

I get the same result, but only with "hard traffic settings" (g_set_traffic 4 : using this function to set traffic in video)
No more lag with traffic 1.2.3
This do not happens only with Roex (on my side)

The best advice (to everyone) : follow Road Runner + JHTrucker + BenganJ + testers's instructions about graphic settings, it really "save the game", even with low PC

I have a 3.4GHz i3-4130, 16GB DDR3 RAM (3200MHz) and an RX580 (8 GB)..
On the basic game and on RO-Rebuild I have 60 FPS constantly, while in Sibiu I have 30 FPS ...
I use the Ultra preset, with some modifications: 125% scalling, SSAO off, Medium antialiasing and low vegetation density.
I don't use any graphics mod or ReShade.

Edit: g_traffic 1 and also no traffic mods

I just tested with my son's computer, which characteristics are about yours :
- i3-7100 (Kaby lake serie) + 16GB DDR4 + GTX1050Ti > FPS dropped down 30 in SCS places & Sbiri
With another PC :
- I5-7500 (Kaby lake serie) + 16GB DDR4 + GTX 1030tI > FPS dropped down 30 in SCS places & Sbiri
My own PC
- i7-7700 (kaby lake serie) + 16GB DDR4 + GTX1050Ti > FPS dropped to 30 with g_set_traffic 4, clean with level 1,2,3

Many parameters can affect the loss of PC power, but these 3 examples reveal CPU calculation really causes the lag.
You may try (if it's not a laptop) to open your PC tower : hot CPU can loose most of its capacity for calculation.
Be sure you don't run websites + antivirus + firewall + this + that...(Windows is also a drunker with mailbox & more !) as you play game.

I repeat, the traffic is set to g_traffic 1..
I use a PC, not a laptop, and whenever I enter any game, I close any other program.
Only in the city of Sibiu I have such a drastic decrease in FPS. In the rest of the SCS map I have 60 FPS constantly.
It seems that in Sibiu there are far too many loaded models .. The TC on the SCS map is almost always below 1.5 million, while Sibiu has 3 million or even more TC ...

Tomorrow I enter the Map Editor to put some cut planes, I'm curious if it will solve something ...
