but sometimes it isn't any there other times there are different ones there. Not cool
if one has related stuff placed there and one is NOT there!

UPDATE: Just verified all connections with Russia/Belarus, the country are well defined (otherwise you will not have licence plates).
do you have a game log? maybe there is something wrong

The police have not license plate

I have the southern region and roextended and rusmap and the fix for no rusmap in europa but fix is of no use why
