Arayas is irrelevant, but have you examined Patreon? People can pay without being connected to Paypal. For example, a few Turkish friends want to buy "Roex 2.2", but this is not possible from Turkey.

Unfortunately, Paypal does not accept Turkish credit cards. However, it is possible to pay in Patreon. With Patreon, payments can be made from countries where Paypal does not work.

Some cards fail in Patreon as they do not do bank-specific security protocols and just do standard Visa/MC transaction.
