I just saw this pink textures at these coordinates and I can't tell if it's a bug or if this is the normal color. I use GMC Logistics - Ultimate Map Combo

Ok then, probably some conflict with with Projekt Cesko like Bane said and you need this guy to solve the grass issue

baneorthodox is right: I use most GMC Logistics - Ultimate Map Combo and after removing Cesko, this looks fine again:
