Well, the Romania it's the size of the last DLC and i dont see where they will go. The Balkans are pretty big for a DLC and it has very sensitive regions, and Pavel stated very clear he doesnt want anything sensitive to be a part of their work, speaking about licenses, cargo laws and trucks, you can assume the expanding of the map in a grey area it's out of the question.
We will see but i am hoping this is Romania only (and some additional ways to connect it to Europe) because i will hate to have (again) a Romania with 10-12 cities.

I hope they develop Romania and former YUG states all the way to Italy to the mediteranian sea to eliminate this disscution about Roex Serbia and Promods or Balkan Project Serbia. We are gonna be all cool 8-)

I sure hope you're right mate! As I see things, I'm pretty sure that, if they will expand the map towards our country, it will not be the only country from that DLC. My thinking is that they will close the EU teritorry on the map, meaning RO-BG-GR.

Hope Scs will include some Serbian parts, cause i would like to use Project Balkans and Romania Extended without conflicts.

I am afraid of it, but i think Romania by SCS will have not more than 12 cities. It's in their style however.

Poland is 30% bigger than Romania and has only 11 cities in the game. So, I really doubt that we will get 12 cities for Romania. Anyway, I'll be fine with 10 as well, as long as my country will be in the vanilla game. :)

10 cities are probably their target, i agree with you. It's a small number. 40+ like i have it's probably too much for the space available. +/- 25 it's about right.
I think they are gonna close the space between Italy, Pecs and mediteranian sea, north of Serbia (avoiding Kosovo) and Romania. That makes sense. I don't think they will spread further than that. But it will be nice to have Balkan DLC.
