Hello Arayas. Game version 1.35 dx 11 roex 2.3. There is such a problem in Kiev fps drops very much until the game crashes. And since in Kiev my main garage is very sad. If possible, please correct.

Kiev it's a "hard" city. It's wide open so very hard to optimize it even further. But i didnt have problems passing it and other users are using it pretty well.

Well, welcome to the forum, but think about it yourself, there's not much to go on
in what you say. So, please, post your game log and we will give it a go!

I've been having two issues with this map and I'm not sure exactly how they come to be. So first is the police are a lot more aggressive (this is possibly a feature?) and they'll be a lot further than they are without the mod and I'll get ticketed. Or sometimes I'm behind them and I'll get a ticket as well. Not really sure what changed to make this happen.

And the other issue is the sky changes really quickly, like far too quickly. It'll be raining and then in two seconds I'll see the sky change really fast and suddenly the rain is stopping. This is also something that's only happening with Roextended. Anyone else have these issues as well?

This are not Roextended Bugs sience none of the "features" described by you are not part of the map. Some maps are more intrusive in this department, but we don't have nothing related to this, not even custom weather settings, because general Europe climate it's fit to the area we got it covered.
But if you consider ROEX is the blame, no problem. We are used to be blamed for almost anything by everybody.
The joke is, we have one of the most stable map on the web, without tones of fixes or problems.

I have been using RoExtended for a long time, but I have never encountered such a problem. Arayas is the person who will respond immediately if there is such a problem. :)

Me too. I never ever have encountered this problem. I believe this is caused by other mods, you use.

EDIT: For instance create a new profile only with Roextended map and you`ll see that everything is in order. ;)

Yeah I looked in the files and didn't come across anything that would be causing that, but thought I would ask here. And oh no, not blaming ROEX at all man, sorry if that's how I came across. It's a phenomenally well made map and ever since I got it, I hardly drive anywhere else. I'll take a look around in my mods and try to pinpoint exactly what's causing this, thank you for your help and again, I'm sorry if I seemed accusatory or anything.

No hard feelings intended. Post a game log after the crash and maybe we can help you, or discover something is realy wrong. Nobody is perfect, you know? ;)

Alright good man, I'm glad! :) And yeah so I made a completely new profile with no mods in it at all except for ROEX, just the 4 files for it and no other mods, yet the police cars are still giving me tickets when they're in front of me or really, really far away, which doesn't happen otherwise. I'm really confused about what it could possibly be. And would a game log help at all if the game isn't crashing or anything?
