I am playing now only with ProMods 2.68 + RoExtended 4.1, plus the mod which is merging the ProMods with Balkan DLC.

I have said 300 times here: we dont offer support for that crash festival named "merge"

Your game doesnt have a background to start with. Thats a vanilla material. Check your game files.
Maps load order is ok.

And do what Bane said, check your pre-setup.

its obvious you dont have a road connection. If you have one is for Roex 4.0 not 4.1

Hello boss. Currently I am having issues at the start of Turkey. Game freezes and crashes. Could you please take a look at it? I have removed all the mods that could interfere with each other there.

Go to ROEX41 free download topic, hit F5 (refresh page) and redownload MAIN1 again.
