I was messing around with this issue again, and I also have the crash issue in Lublin.
Even tried a new clean profile and the same.
Very strange.

I have an update.
I had to leave out Sergey's PM251_RM2.3.1_PR2.4.4_roadconnection in order for Chelm not to crash when Teleporting to it or even flying over it.
Don't know what the issue is or could be that I wouldn't be able to use the load order with both connection files as required by Arayas.

What Arayas said is that there's a new RC for PM-RoEx-PR, v2, so go get it!

Already added it before that last crash.
If I can't find anything obvious may be time to give up on Poland Rebuilding all together.
My other profile without it and all my other mods work fine.

Now when I teleport to Chelm the game will crash.
