@benganj, my goal is to have smooth gameplay all round. There are instances in experience drops in fps mostly around vegetation and heavy traffic areas and sometimes cities. I use a TV as I can't afford a good gaming monitor so vsync is on always for 60fps, as when it's off, I experience screen tear...

Hahaha, the game looks absolutely HORRENDOUS without NPI mate. Here's the config:

Woohhh, I didn´t see such a log file like yours: thousands of errors.....
My advice: use a clean new profile without other mods, only the maps I used in my PR combo.

@benganj, thanks for the tips. ETS2 looks way better now than using reshade. For once I have steady 60 fps but in ATS, it varies and it doesn't look as good as ETS2. Can these tips be applied to other games for example, Cities Skyline?
