Game failing to start... maybe if you have been using the TAA plugin, remove it.
I doubt win10 is a requirement as those updated system requirements should have stated that. I only swapped to win10 in case steam shut me out...

@Vlad50075 - You should have noticed "(1.37)" in the part of my post you quoted... I'm guessing you are using / talking about 1.49, which is now far more demanding than 1.37 from 4 years ago. Me and my old hardware only drive around in 1.41, any thing higher just turns certain areas into a slide sho...

In regard to NPI, let's just hope for 1.50+ scs has finally added proper AA to their games so we don't have to rely on these 3rd party hacks...
