Yes, just with those mods. Used all files you recommended, even made a second fresh profile to eliminate possible errors on my side. Same thing. I guess Syria closed that border for trucks.

Fresh profile with these files in exact order (except i'm using ROEX 2.2): Game froze at the same spot going from Tripoli to Tartus.

You can't see the end of the log because the game hangs, it doesn't crash to desktop. There is a "stopped working" windows message, and i have to kill it. There is no PMME 2.42 version afaik.
