ok it was an mod form teh steam work shop but still much aprichiadet

could that be in the sisl mega pack? because i cant find that mod :?

Hey guys my problem is i cant start the game in dx 11 and I cant go to the bulgaria -turkey border
everytime i try to start in dx11 the game close in the loadingscreen
and in dx 9 it works.
second problem i try to go to turkey and every time i am on the bulgaria side it freaz and close the game
