@Bengan Thank you, very much appreciated Tested your loadorder with just two changes: Added Road _To _Aral 1.2 to it and used RusMap2.0 instead of Sergey's. Boy, did it load fast! Now I am wondering, is it because of your load order, because of Aral or RusMap or just a combination of all together :D...

Well, at least it loads if you put RoExDLC above MHAPro (free version). Drove some cargo in Ukraine, so it's just a very short first look on it.
Crashed when trying to combine with other combos
