Where I will put the file after I set the aa and settings,
And will that be better for fps because I will be using 100% scaling

Do I get some errors or what

Btw I removed some mods from my main profile it's working a little bit better than before

game.log.txt i created a whole new profile and took a small load and surprisingly the game worked fine, fps dropped only one time i was looking around but the game overall worked better than my main save i didnt try the economic vsync on this profile but i did the other steps you recommended me to ...

The issue is I use vsync and fps is locked at 59
When it drops to 58 the game becomes slow as hell with lag spikes and becomes worse when drops to less than 58
How to fix that
