Hi, Version 1.49x all normal DLC. The city Elazığ TR is not accessibel. I have tried in many config, made new profile with and without Promods an no other mod. It doesn't matter if yo drive or qiuck-travel to it, it crashes on both. Do i something wrong or is there a bug ? And there are little bits ...

I have mods category named - ui - and - other -.
Where should i put this mod, in the first post there is no of this kind.
i have turkish names for workers to hire mod that is called ui.
i have put on top and bottem nothing changed.
it does not crash.
please help
