Just to confirm that it was indeed because of the lack of Rusmap in my mods, it works fine now, thank you so much for the quick help ;)

Thanks you all for your answers, I think the problem is clearly because I'm not using Rusmap, I'm sorry for being dumb I didn't realize both were mandatory. I'll first add Rusmap and try again before putting another useless post.
