No matter whether it's for personal reasons, your job or just because you don't feel like it... You've always delivered so quickly so far and if it takes longer this time then so be it.
It's done when it's done.

A combo without PM isn't too much of a loss either, as PM reworks and expands existing ones. In contrast to Roex, RusMap, Road to Asia, Road to Africa etc. The last mentioned add new areas/countries to my map. PM is just MakeUp for existing ones.

You understood it right. You can buy WB DLC but you can't use it if you have Promods active.

There are now fewer and fewer reasons to use PM in a combo.
