After using r_vsync "2" my games crushing

I have 60hz and I don't use this r_vsync"2" Sorry for not replaying

I have 1 problem i have gtx 1050 ti and i using lastet drivers and i do all what is say but i cant use some options in NPI and my graphics dont look like Wombats sry for English
